This month saw the launch of Nintendo’s latest gaming console, the Nintendo Switch, a ‘hybrid’ console which can be used both at home, on the TV, or as a portable device, like a tablet.
It’s the latest in a long line of pioneering and revolutionary consoles that the gaming pioneer has released over the last 40 years, so let’s to take a look at the history of all the great consoles that Nintendo have brought us (p.s. we’ve not included their handheld consoles here – maybe that’ll come next?).
