Discreet, meticulously planned celebrations for Belgravia families and private clients.
Belgravia is a small neighbourhood with very specific requirements. Most of our work here is for families living in the stucco-fronted houses around Eaton Square and Belgrave Square, in the mansion flats along Grosvenor Place, and on the streets off Elizabeth Street. We have been planning parties in SW1 for long enough to know the residents’ committees, the concierge teams, the delivery access routes, the parking rules and the handful of back entrances that make a Saturday-morning setup possible instead of chaotic. Those details matter in Belgravia more than they do almost anywhere else.
The Belgravia brief
Families here generally want the same three things Mayfair families want: quality at a standard that doesn’t need to be pointed out, absolute discretion, and a day that runs without them having to think about it. The Belgravia brief often has an additional twist — many of our clients here are international, with multiple homes, and their London party is frequently one chapter in a longer family calendar of events across three continents. We’re used to briefs that begin “we’re in town the first weekend of June and we’d like …” and that’s generally all the instruction we need.
Venues and settings
Home events are the majority of Belgravia’s work — the houses here take parties exceptionally well if you know what you’re doing with them, and the private garden squares are an extraordinary resource if the residents’ committee permits. We’ve worked with families using the private dining rooms at some of Belgravia’s best-known restaurants, at private members’ clubs on the south side of the neighbourhood, and at hotel ballrooms on the edges toward Knightsbridge and Victoria. For children’s parties, the trick is almost always to work with the space the family already has rather than trying to move them into a venue; we’ve themed Belgravia townhouses from the entrance hall to the top-floor nursery and back down again.
What Belgravia events cost
Children’s parties typically start at £2,500 and run to £10,000+ for full-theming home events or larger private-venue celebrations. Milestone teen and adult events vary enormously — a Belgravia sixteenth at home with DJ, styling and catering might be £7,500; a full venue takeover considerably more. Corporate and private diplomatic events, which we handle as well, sit in their own range. A Tiny Tots Discovery Party for under-threes starts at £300. We quote clearly and early.
Why Belgravia families choose us
Because our staff sign confidentiality as a default, not on request. Because we don’t name clients publicly and we never have. Because the founder is still the person you’ll meet first and often the person on site. Because forty-nine years of planning parties in SW1 have taught us every unwritten rule the neighbourhood quietly operates by. And because when a generator fails at half past five on the afternoon of the event, we are the ones who have the backup already in the van.

Frequently asked questions
How much notice do you need for a Belgravia event?
Six to twelve weeks for larger events, shorter for discreet home parties. SW1X logistics — residents’ committees, delivery-window restrictions, lift access, concierge liaison — take longer than equivalent West London work, so the earlier we start, the smoother the event.
Do you work with international families who travel between homes?
Yes — many of our Belgravia clients live between London and multiple other cities, and we plan around calendars that shift with family movements. We keep the London team consistent from enquiry to delivery so you aren’t re-briefing new people each time.
Is everything confidential?
Always. Every staff member, entertainer and subcontractor signs confidentiality as default. We never name clients publicly and we don’t post work without your explicit written permission.
Can you handle a private garden-square event?
Yes, where the residents’ committee permits. Belgravia’s private garden squares are extraordinary settings and we know how to approach the relevant committees so the request is welcomed rather than blocked.
