Chelsea is a neighbourhood where the really good parties are the ones you never hear about. That suits us. A lot of our Chelsea work is for families living in the streets between Sloane Square and the river — houses off the King’s Road, flats above the Cadogan Hall end of Sloane Street, garden squares in SW3. Some of our Chelsea clients we’ve worked for across two or three generations. Some we’ve worked for once, decades ago, and they still come back when a grandchild turns six. Either way, the brief is usually the same: make it feel like nothing has been planned at all.

Families here tend to want discretion above everything else — no photographs leaving the house, no vendors name-dropping them in next year’s portfolio, no staff they haven’t met before turning up at the door. Venues and settings
A lot of Chelsea parties happen at home. Chelsea gardens and garden squares are unusually good for intimate events if the residents’ association will let you, and we know how to ask. For larger events, we’ve worked with families at the Chelsea Physic Garden (breathtaking for milestone parties and small weddings), at private rooms near Sloane Square and along the King’s Road, at venues along Chelsea Embankment, and at the Royal Hospital for big corporate and charity moments. For teen and adult milestones, Chelsea pubs and restaurants with private rooms take us comfortably from an early evening dinner through to an eleven-o’clock wind-down.
What Chelsea events cost
Children’s parties in Chelsea typically run from £1,500 for a polished home event to £5,000 for a full afternoon with bespoke theming, catering, entertainers, styling and staff. Larger events, milestone parties and private-venue hire start higher — private-venue takeovers for teen or adult milestones can run well into five figures depending on guest count. How much notice do you need for a Chelsea event?
Six to eight weeks is comfortable for home parties; longer for private-venue or larger milestone events. Chelsea weekends in May, June and July book up early — the earlier you commit, the better the options.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. Every member of our team — staff, entertainers, catering partners — signs confidentiality as default. Nothing we plan ever ends up on a case-study page, a pitch deck, or social media without your explicit written permission.
Do you handle garden square access?
Yes. We’ve worked with many of the SW3 garden squares and we know how to approach residents’ committees so the request doesn’t feel like an imposition. Timing matters; we’ll tell you when to submit and what to expect.
Have you worked at the Royal Hospital Chelsea or the Physic Garden?
Yes — both take private hire for suitable events, and we’ve delivered at each. They’re very different settings and we’ll be honest about which fits your brief.
