Bespoke, considered celebrations for Esher families — at home, in the village, and across KT10.
Esher sits squarely in our Surrey catchment — a short drive from the A3, between Walton and Cobham, and home to a generation of our longest-standing clients. A lot of our Esher work is for families in the houses around Esher Green and Claremont, in the private roads off Portsmouth Road, and on the streets climbing up toward West End Village. The briefs here tend to be a polished version of the Weybridge and Cobham ones — large gardens, generous guest lists, ambitious theming — but with a slightly more understated character. Esher families often want brilliance that doesn’t announce itself.
The Esher brief
Home events are the majority. A typical Saturday booking is a garden party for twenty to fifty children with a theme, catering specified in detail by the parents, and a team that arrives in convoy and leaves without you noticing. Teen parties here often take the form of garden-and-marquee events with music, catering and carefully-managed guest lists. Adult milestones tend to be summer marquee parties or black-tie dinners at home. We also run a meaningful amount of corporate work for local businesses based around Esher — family-day events, summer celebrations and winter parties.
Venues and settings
Home events first. Beyond that, we’ve worked with families at Sandown Park for larger events and racing-themed milestones, at Claremont Landscape Garden for historic outdoor events (with the Trust’s permissions handled), at private-members’ and golf clubs in and around KT10, and at some of the hotels and country-house venues on the Esher–Cobham–Oxshott triangle. For children’s and teen events, an Esher garden is usually the hero of the brief, and our job is to build something in it that the family will remember for years.
What an Esher party costs
A Tiny Tots Discovery Party starts at £300. Most children’s parties in Esher run £1,500 to £5,000 depending on guest numbers, theming and catering. Marquee events and adult milestones start higher and scale with production — guest numbers, catering standard, staffing and entertainment all move the number. We quote honestly at the first conversation, and we’re happy to scope a couple of options so you can pick the level that’s right rather than the level we want to sell you.
Why Esher families use us
Because we’re used to Surrey briefs at the scale Esher asks for. Because our entertainers, crew and catering partners are all professional, DBS-checked and — importantly for a neighbourhood this small — known and trusted. Because the founder is still the person you’ll speak to first. And because, after four-plus decades of work across KT10, our name is one that comes up in Esher’s mothers-and-fathers group chats more often than not.

Frequently asked questions
How much notice do you need for an Esher party?
Six to ten weeks for marquee events; four to eight weeks for home parties. Summer weekends in KT10 book up fast — the earlier you commit, the more flexibility on suppliers and venues.
Can you run events at Sandown Park or Claremont Landscape Garden?
Yes, with the relevant permissions handled. Both take private hire for suitable events — we’ll be honest about which setting works for your brief and what the cost trade-offs look like.
Do you handle corporate family-day events in Esher?
Yes. A meaningful part of our Esher work is for local businesses running family summer days, winter parties, and team events — full production, catering, entertainment and logistics.
Do you cover Oxshott, Weybridge, Cobham and Walton?
Yes — the whole KT10/KT11/KT12/KT13 cluster is within our regular catchment.
