Disney is now transforming the film to a new level of magnificence on Blu-ray. A rooftop film screening of Cinderella was held in the ever so cool and edgy Bussey Building in Peckham on 3rd Aug 2015, to mark it’s release.

The venue was carefully chosen to match up to Cinderella’s brilliance. It was a fairytale itself, with the rooftop overlooking some of London’s most iconic buildings like the Shard, London Eye, and Houses of Parliament.

The diversity of people attending the screening was almost mind boggling! Although one would expect an event like this to be enjoyed only by children, Disney proved otherwise. From teenagers to adults to senior citizens, every body was seen channeling their inner child. The evening was even livelier with a live orchestra, and fun activities like tiara making and decorating, nail painting, keeping both, the kids and their mothers on their toes.

A fun event like this without Twizzle’s contribution? Absolutely not! We had some of our most talented face painters, who made sure every body went home looking like Cinderella herself! With a live bar, live orchestra, fun activities and a million dollar view, this event was the perfect getaway from a manic Monday. When the sun went down behind St. Paul’s Cathedral, the guests were taken across the rooftop for the screening of the film, and were handed boxes of supper and blankets to keep them warm – a perfect way to end the night.
